BEEF MACARONI CHESEE SAUCE



Hello, let me introduce my self. My name is Daru Suci Ayu Anugrah and please call me Suci. I’m from class 3EB21 majoring accounting in Gunadarma universty. Now, I will share how to cook BEEF MACARONI CHESSE SAUCE.
For cooking, we must prepare cookware and ingredients before. We need 30gr boiled macaroni was ready to eat, 20gr grated cheese, 2 tablespoons margarine, 200 cc plain milk, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 piece of corned beef, onion, and broccoli.
Step 1 Heat the pan, put the butter, wait until liquid. Sauteed onions and corned beef until fragrant. Stir well. Add flour and stir continuously
Step 2 Gradually add the milk, stirring until smooth. Stir gently until the mixture comes just to the boil, then reduce heat. Add the grated cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Step 3 If the sauce has thickened, add macaroni, stir well. Turn off the heat and serve macaroni in a bowl. Sprinkle with cheese and add the broccoli as a topping.
